Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator - Interior Fit-Out to support the execution of interior projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of design drawings, BOQ preparation, estimation, vendor coordination, and project documentation, with hands-on UAE market experience.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Design Coordination

• Review and coordinate architectural, MEP, and joinery drawings.
• Ensure drawings are aligned with project specifications and client requirements.
• Coordinate with designers and drafting teams for revisions and approvals.
• Track drawing submissions, approvals, and revisions.

BOQ & Estimation

• Prepare BOQs based on drawings and project scope.
• Assist in cost estimation and quantity take-offs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.
• Support in cost comparison analysis and budgeting.

Vendor & Site Coordination

• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Follow up on material submissions, approvals, and deliveries.
• Ensure timely procurement aligned with project schedules.
• Support the Project Manager in daily site coordination activities.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain proper documentation (submittals, RFIs, method statements, material approvals, etc.).
• Prepare progress reports and project tracking sheets.
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations and project standards.
• Organize and maintain project files and correspondence.

Requirements
Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Construction Management.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel proficiency required).
• Good understanding of BOQ preparation and cost estimation.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Available to join immediately.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of joinery and custom interior works.
• Familiarity with UAE authority approvals and procedures.
• Strong vendor negotiation and follow-up skills.
