You will play a critical role in ensuring reliable, high-quality experiences by collaborating with leading telecommunications carriers, software vendors, and internal teams across DAZN's global organization. As a Senior Product Manager, Partnerships, you will be a key member of the Product Growth organization, acting as the technical owner of multiple external partnerships that underpin DAZN's offering. You will lead the full partner lifecycle-from onboarding and implementation through to ongoing optimization-while serving as the day-to-day technical and operational point of contact. Working closely with external partners and Business Development, Operations and Engineering teams, you will help shape technical requirements, manage releases and deployments, oversee SLAs and KPIs, and drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement. Through proactive risk management and a focus on operational excellence, you will help ensure resilient, scalable, and best-in-class partner integrations across DAZN's platform.

What You'll Be Doing:

You will define product requirements, manage the product lifecycle and bring innovative user experiences by aligning with external and internal stakeholders.

• Own the technical relationship and serve as the daily point of contact with multiple external partners, including telecommunications carriers and software vendors, to deliver and continuously enhance DAZN's product experiences.
• Lead the end-to-end partner integration lifecycle, from initial onboarding and implementation to ongoing performance optimization.
• Work closely with the Product team to shape requirements and ensure seamless technical execution of new mobile app features.
• Manage delivery schedules, partner performance KPIs, and hold partners accountable to agreed SLAs and service levels.
• Drive root cause analysis (RCA) efforts on partner-side issues, implement learnings, and continuously improve resiliency.
• Ensure technology best practices and operational excellence across all partner engagements.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager (PM) or Project Leader (PL) in system integration development, package software development, or system construction.
• Proven success delivering software or platform services in high-availability, real-time, or consumer-facing environments.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and systems integration practices.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English; exceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve issues rapidly, with a hands-on approach to incident management and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience working with telecom infrastructure, cloud services, or video delivery pipelines is a plus.
• Highly organized, with strong project management, documentation, and coordination skills.
