- Translate technical capabilities into clear business and mission value for executive and operational stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a solution-oriented approach to roadblocks, independently navigating DoD network, security, governance, and organizational hurdles to keep delivery and customer objectives on track.
- Align technical teams (UiPath developers, solution architects, and AI engineers) with rigorous defense requirements, technical architecture constraints, and mission objectives.
- Monitor project health, mitigate technical and operational risks early, and ensure RPA implementations comply with federal, DoD, and defense-level security standards (e.g., Risk Management Framework, DISA STIGs).
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead specifically managing software or automation implementations.
- Proven ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and take ownership of mission-critical outcomes.
- Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum teams within a DoD, Federal, or Defense Consulting environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred.
- Exceptional facilitation, conflict resolution, servant leadership, and executive level written/verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to operate effectively with executive leadership, delivery teams, and strategic partners.
- Direct experience managing automations, workflow modernization, or digital transformation implementation lifecycles leveraging technologies such as UiPath, Appian, ServiceNow, Blue Prism, AI/ML platforms, or similar enterprise solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise automation, workflow, or AI-enabled technology platforms and delivering solutions within secure governance environments.
